  • What You’ll Do:

    Responsibilities include:

    1. Checking daily staff absence.
    2. Reporting sickness absence.
    3. Contacting supply agencies if absences can’t be covered.
    4. Supporting reception to meet and greet supply staff.
    5. Checking emails for any gaps before starting on next day’s staffing.
    6. Checking with agencies that staff are scheduled as planned.
    7. Issuing next day staffing to staff and acting on feedback.
    8. Checking and signing off timesheets.
    9. Being friendly and approachable.
    10. Working closely with LSA Co-Ordinator/ Asst Head for quality assurance.
