Are you a proactive and organised individual with a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a part-time Service Administrator to support the busy Leeds-based Service & Repair team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied support role and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls to our Leeds office
  • Monitor and respond to the shared 'info’ email inbox
  • Administer incoming/outgoing parts and complete booking-in processes
  • Coordinate with engineers to ensure parts are available for scheduled work
  • Input and update stock data into our internal system
  • Schedule all PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits for the Leeds branch
  • Support customer service and repair teams with booking and tracking jobs
  • Work daily in Protean software - closing jobs and managing records
  • Assist during training sessions or visitor days
  • Provide support for credit control as needed
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner

What You’ll Bring:

  • A professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Solid admin skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organised
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A team player attitude with flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a proactive approach to supporting the team

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in a service, repairs or engineering-based admin role
  • Are familiar with Protean or other service management systems
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks
