Role Overview

Operational Management

  • Oversee the daily functions of the security control room.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all control room activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing incidents and system performance in accordance with company requirements.


Technology and Systems Oversight

  • Manage and maintain technological systems, ensuring continuous functionality.
  • Stay informed about advancements in surveillance technology and recommend enhancements to existing systems.


Leadership and Training

  • Lead, motivate, and train the control room team to uphold a high level of professionalism aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for control room operators.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
