About the Role:We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the Social Media Team of a global supermarket leader. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and queries on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, ensuring timely and professional resolution
  • Respond to a high volume of customer emails, tailoring your approach to each individual
  • Liaise with external PR and media agencies when required
  • Effectively manage a ticket log system to track customer interactions
  • Adapt to various customer needs while maintaining excellent service standards
