This role isn’t about hammering the phones with robotic sales scripts. It’s about intelligent outreach, building connections, and booking high-value meetings.

You’ll be working directly with our Director, helping to schedule pre-qualified business meetings that drive growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reaching out to decision-makers in manufacturing and engineering businesses
  • Booking high-quality pre-qualified meetings for our Director
  • Managing your pipeline and ensuring meetings happen
  • Engaging prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach - no two days are the same
  • Helping to grow an ambitious, independent agency

How You Earn Bonuses

We reward results, simple as that:

  • 5 Meetings = £60 per meeting (£300 total bonus)
  • 6 Meetings = £80 per meeting (£480 total bonus)
  • 8 Meetings = £120 per meeting (£960 total bonus)
  • Your target is 6+ meetings per month - smash that, and your earnings soar
  • Phone meetings count as 1/3 of a full meeting
  • Video meetings count as ½ of a full meeting

More meetings = More money = More success.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B appointment setting - at least 5 years
  • Confident communicator - can hold a conversation with key decision makers , good listener, ask the right questions, and book meetings
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven - Comfortable working remotely and staying productive
  • Familiar with LinkedIn & email outreach
  • Able to input in order to improve the marketing process
