This position offers a great opportunity to make a real difference while enjoying a flexible schedule. You will work with students in various school settings, supporting them with behaviour management, emotional regulation, and academic engagement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 mentoring and small group support to students across different schools
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalised behaviour plans
  • Work with teachers and school staff to monitor and improve student behaviour
  • Help students develop positive coping strategies and emotional resilience
  • Move between schools as needed, supporting where required
  • Build rapport with students and school staff to create a safe and supportive environment
  • Offer advice and assistance on behaviour management techniques to school staff

Requirements:
