Key Responsibilities:Supervising and managing classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher Ensuring a productive and positive learning environment for students Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans and maintaining classroom order Building rapport with students and providing support as needed
Requirements:Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom environments A positive attitude and willingness to engage with students from diverse backgrounds
