Main Duties and Responsibilities: Front of House

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Assist with seating guests and managing reservations efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions securely.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
