We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will provide support across a range of HR activities, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

- Temporary - Minimum of 2 months work- start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
- Support the HR team with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and other related documentation.
- Manage and update employee benefits and payroll information.
- Assist with HR projects as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling HR-related queries and filing.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
