Your new companyYou will be working for a social housing coordinator who has a lot of housing stock in the west and North Yorkshire area.Your new roleYou will be working in the planned works team completing day to day repairs and maintenance on properties, ensuring that these are done to a high level while representing your company and agency to the best standards.What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified trade person, whether this is time served, NVQ or C&G, CSCS not required, Social housing & Maintenance experience is a MUST, as well as providing 2 suitable, work-related references.
