Catch 22 are currently looking for an experienced Technical Installer around Leeds (LS10) to support our NHS client to install medical equipment in homes around the community. This is an ongoing temporary role until February 2025 with the possibility of this being extended. 

As this role is within the NHS, candidates will have, or will be willing to be put through, a Standard DBS check.

Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and carers.
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment to manufacturers instructions.  To ensure equipment is positioned in a sale and secure area within the property.
  • Report any faults/repairs to relevant person.
  • Comply with all duties under an employee's responsibility under Health & Safety legislation and policies of Leeds City Council.
  • Ensure equipment in moved and stored safe and secure within the store,when loading, unloading and transporting. 
  • Carry out duties independently without supervision
  • Maintain appropriate records for audit purposes. 

The role is Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Shift patterns from 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm. Hourly pay is £11.44 

Staff will be expected to work a rota pattern throughout the week including weekends.
