We are currently working exclusively with an amazing local charity who are looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team for 12 months! If you are someone who wants to manage a busy work load, make a difference and are passionate about charities, then this could be a role for you!

The key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Sage Payroll processing,
  • Data input, maintaining the accuracy of payroll information
  • Processing pension auto enrolment and maintaining contributions in line with pension legislation and regulations, uploading pension reports to the corresponding pension providers by the required deadline and maintaining contact with pension providers.
  • Maintaining and updating the monthly payroll spreadsheets with any employee changes and payroll information

You will have a working background in payroll, using Sage payroll, as well as inputting pension data and be familiar with various payroll legislation.
