Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pest Control Operative to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely, providing you with all the necessary tools to excel in your job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and treatments applied.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and providing education on pest prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management (entry-level salary: £25,100).
- RSPH Level 3 or higher qualifications (salary: £27,500 - £31,000).
- Proven experience in pest control or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods, products, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
