Evolve is partnering with an award-winning Health & Wellbeing company and Primary Care provider working within the NHS.

Our client is in search of a professional individual to join their team as a Clinical Pharmacist Lead based at their support office in Leeds (LS21).

The office is in a rural location with no public transport available. There will also be some nationwide travel required to visit other sites across the UK, so a full UK driving licence, and a car is required for this role.

This is a permanent role on a part time basis working 24 hours over 3 days per week.

Paying up to £55,000 per annum (full time equivalent) depending on experience, and you will also receive a fantastic benefits package!

Ideal backgrounds for the Clinical Pharmacist Lead:

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist and qualified Independent Prescriber
  • Management experience or hold a management qualification.
  • Primary Care experience in Surgeries, Urgent Care Centres, and/or Walk-in Centres.
  • Hospital experience in Urgent Care services may be considered.
  • CQC and regulatory knowledge.
  • Full UK driving licence, and a vehicle is essential.

Role Responsibilities for the Clinical Pharmacist Lead:

  • Responsible for maintaining and improving the services across the business, ensuring regulatory, contractual, QOF and CQC compliance are in place at all sites.
  • Manage and coordinate the pharmacy team, site medicines management leads and have clear oversight of the PCN ARRS roles, ensuring that they are maximising all available resources to achieve high standards of medicines management.
  • Foster the business vision and ethos to both staff and external stakeholders, optimising service safety, efficiency and performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the business runs to its maximum productivity.
  • As with all senior managers within the group, the Clinical Pharmacy Lead is expected to harness a working environment which encourages teamwork, energy and creativity.
