We are working with a social housing provider in Leeds in search for a temporary building safety compliance administrator to join our clients team.


Role Overview: As a Building Safety Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our buildings meet all safety regulations and standards. You will be responsible for supporting the Building Safety Manager in maintaining compliance with building safety legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of building safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors and external agencies to address safety issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the Building Safety Manager.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to building safety compliance.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the housing sector.
  • Strong understanding of building safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
