Multi-Skilled Plasterer needed in Manchester!
Job Description: As a Multi-Skilled Plasterer, you will play a pivotal role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects. Tasks will range from 1st fixed stud walling to installing kitchens, bathrooms, and more.You will be working across Leeds Area.
Immediate start, Long Term Temp, Rate 20 p/h CIS.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in social housing or customer facing roles
- NVQ or Equivelent.
- Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
- Strong communication skills
- Competency in basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and other related maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake various plastering taks specifically Damp Proofing.
- Carry out basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, groundworks and other general maintenance duties.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
