If so, we want you!About the company:Our client is a small but ambitious company dedicated to providing exceptional service and top-quality bathrooms and plumbing services to their amazing customers. They take pride in their craftsmanship and are looking for a dedicated Head Bathroom Installer to join the team and help them continue to grow.Key Responsibilities:
  • Bathroom and Wet Room Installation: Deliver installations of the highest quality, using the best tools and materials. Interpret scale drawings and advise customers where appropriate.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for customers, fully explaining processes and bringing their ideas to life.
  • Material Management: Estimate and order materials timely to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • High-Quality Workmanship: Maintain the company’s reputation for top-quality, accurate work in every aspect.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise with sub-contractors and other trades to manage and organise the entire project schedule.
  • Respect for Property: Ensure customers' properties and possessions are fully protected and respected at all times.
  • Job Reporting: Accurately complete job reports and maintain up-to-date stock records.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or higher
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in bathroom and wet room installation
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in tiling (advantageous but not essential.
