KeyResponsibilities

Lead a new recruitment driving division driving growth and ensuring operational excellence for customers, primary duties include;

Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow a driving division within Mach Recruitment Ltd.

Work with current operational teams to build driving to the current customerportfolio.

Implement and embed compliant systems, processes and policies inline with currentlegislation.

Overall responsibility of the division ensuring the basics across all customers are delivered, including but not limited to;

Ensure customer requirements are met and reflected in customer satisfactionsurveys

Build and provide outstanding leadership to the divisional team, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximise work output and work quality

Work collaboratively with the Senior team to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the divisional P&L.

Proactively build relationships with prospective new clients always acting as an advocate of the business

Identify and target suitable businesss and build relationships through telesales, socialmedia

networking ,emails, and face to facemeetings

Drive the end-to-end sales process with prospective new clients including arranging meetings, preparing relevant sales material, presenting and winning new business

Meet with current clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our relationship with them

Account development of current clients to ensure maximum business coverage throughout every

department and clients location

Develop a network of clients specific to our industry and maintain strongrelationships

Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, contacts andcorrespondence

Skills/Experience

8-10 years' experience working within the recruitment driving industry, preferably with start- up/growth experience

In depth knowledge of current legislation regarding the sourcing & management ofdrivers.

Experience of leading a team to deliver keyobjectives.

Industry knowledge of customers utilising high volumes of drivers clearly demonstrating strong customer delivery.

Thrive working in a fast paced and dynamic leadership team with a key focus on growth, delivery and compliance.

Proven sales skills within the recruitmentindustry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a number of stakeholders including internal colleagues and clients.
