The OrgansiationOur client, a high profile, listed, and growing organisation based in Leeds requires a Governance & Risk Manager to join their team.This business is arguably one of the north's most dynamic, exciting and fast paced organisations.The RoleThis is a newly created role reporting directly to an exceptional Senior Risk Manager. The role exists to help the business to understand and improve its risk, governance and control environment. Deliverables include:
  • Risk and control management and designing and implementing a new, high-level governance framework.
  • Designing and leading training for stakeholders to help them to understand the framework and be accountable.
  • Managing risk registers, risk events and risk reporting to committee and group.
The PersonThe ideal person for this role will:- Come from a highly regulated environment such as financial services/banking/pharmaceuticals/energy.-Have a background in risk project management  /change implementation.The Package
