Our client specialises in installation and maintenance of security equipment and work nationally with their clients, they now, due to growth require another planning coordinator to join their team. The role will require booking planned works in 6 months in advance and ad hoc maintenance, repair and installation visits, the planning coordinator is also responsible for route planning, booking hotel accommodation. This role is office based and is located in South West Leeds with great access to motorway networks.

  • Customer order logging onto CRM
  • Handle customer queries/requests
  • Respond to inbound & make outbound calls
  • Schedule reactive & planned works to meet customer SLA’s
  • Check engineer reports and process on to customers
  • Raise invoices after engineer site visits
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Build relationships with clients and engineers
  • 2 years planning and scheduling experience is desirable.
