- Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiencies and optimise business processes
- Provide vision and strategic leadership for change transformation across the organisation, establishing principles, standards and frameworks within an evolving change and transformation function
- Lead the change transformation function, collaborating with other teams and drive initiatives which foster growth and innovation
- Drive co-ordination, ensuring that transformation initiatives are well executed, strategically aligned and achieve transformation goals.
- Develop, implement and embed an enterprise change framework that allows the management and implementation of change initiatives with minimal disruption and maximising stakeholder engagement
- Proven leadership experience of Transformational business and Technology change across the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of the UK financial services sector
- Strategic thinker, capable of adopting a broader view in change transformation delivery with an ability to align short term goals with long term objectives
