Description
Post Completion Team Leader (Remortgage) - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of post-completion and admin assistants to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
- Provide mentoring and support to team members, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Oversee caseloads and assist team members in managing workflow to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, borrowers, and third-party institutions, to maintain excellent communication and client satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, conducting regular one-to-one meetings, and providing feedback to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Report on post-completion activity and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Profile
Post Completion Team Leader - What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prior experience in remortgage, post-completion, or conveyancing is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members.
- A results-driven attitude with excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with deadlines and service level agreements.
- A proactive approach to coaching, development, and performance management.
- Solid IT skills, ideally with experience in case management systems.
