We are seeking a full-time EYFS Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming school in the Leeds area. This role is not suitable for ECTs/NQTs, as we require a teacher with proven experience in Early Years education.

Roles & Requirements:
  • Delivering engaging and play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

  • Supporting early development in communication, language, literacy, and numeracy
  • Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents to support individual learning needs
  • Observing and assessing progress, adapting teaching approaches as necessary
  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and a love for learning in young children
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching in EYFS (this role is not suitable for ECTs/NQTs)
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A creative, patient, and nurturing teaching approach
  • Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update service
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's well-being
