Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the entire school community.
  • Ensure the delivery of a broad, balanced, creative, and challenging curriculum that allows every child to realise their full potential.
  • Foster a caring, supportive, encouraging, and inclusive community that aligns with the school's Christian ethos.
  • Lead and inspire the team, prioritising wellbeing and professional development across the school.

  • Continue to build upon and embed the school’s values and vision.
