What We Look For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to inspiring young learners
- Strong classroom management skills and a positive, engaging attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a team
- Experience using a variety of teaching methods and resources, including phonics programmes (e.g., RWI, Letters & Sounds)
- An enhanced DBS check that is subscribed to the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
