Randstad Education is currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Supply Teachers to join our team. The role is temporary and allows the flexibility for you to choose when and where you work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Deliver effective and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students.
- Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behavior effectively.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by seamlessly integrating into different school settings and following the curriculum guidelines.
- Assessment: Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff and colleagues to contribute to a positive school culture and environment.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about educational developments, trends, and best practices, and actively seek opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school settings.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
