An outstanding North Leeds Primary School is looking for a Year 6/KS2 Teacher from January 2025. The role is initially for two terms up to July with the possibility of becoming a permanent post.You will be a Primary Teacher who aims to be an outstanding practitioner and who would like to be part of the exciting, challenging and rewarding journey to further develop and build on the practice the school currently employs. The school's vision is that every child will achieve their potential; academically, spiritually, morally, socially, creatively and physically.To be considered for this Year 6, Key Stage 2 Teaching Job in North Leeds, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status
  • Have recent experience of teaching within KS2, ideally within Y6
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience of delivering the KS2 curriculum
  • Previous KS2 SATS experience would be advantageous
  • Seek to raise standards for all children
  • Have a passion for teaching and learning
  • Be able to make active contributions towards the development of the school
  • Have high expectations of all pupils
  • Consider yourself to be professional, caring and having a creative outlook towards the primary curriculum.
