Primary Teachers - Leeds (No QTS Required)

Milk Education is currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified primary teachers based in Leeds, with the right to work in the UK. If you're passionate about teaching and ready to make a positive impact on primary-aged students, we want to hear from you!

We are working with a number of partner schools across Leeds that are looking for excellent educators to join their teams. Whether you're seeking full-time, temporary, or supply opportunities, we can offer a variety of roles to suit your experience and availability.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be currently based in Leeds.
  • Hold right to work in the UK (no need for QTS).
  • Have a primary-level teaching qualification from one of the following countries:
    • Australia
    • Canada
    • The European Economic Area (EEA)
    • Gibraltar
    • Guernsey
    • Hong Kong
    • Jersey
    • New Zealand
    • Northern Ireland
    • Scotland
    • Switzerland
    • Ukraine
    • The USA
  • Passionate about teaching and supporting young learners in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire children.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.

Essential Documentation: Successful candidates will be required to provide:

  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
  • 2 proofs of address.
  • Proof of identification.
  • A clean DBS certificate on the update service (if you don't already have one, we can help you apply for one).

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to primary students in KS1 and KS2.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to all learning needs.
  • Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and achievement.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for students.
