NextGen Teachers are currently working in partnership with a two-form entry Primary School in Leeds that is easily accessible from Leeds & Kirklees in LS11.
This is a diverse school with multiple languages spoken and many different cultures and is a vibrant and friendly school to work in. This is a 2-form entry Local Authority Primary School who are looking for an experienced teacher who can join there team after the February 2025 half-trem break.
This role will be to teach a mixed ability Year 2 Class on a full-time basis ideally starting ASAP with trials to take place in the next 2-4 weeks.
The school are looking for an experienced Teacher with at least 3+ years of teaching experience (M3 upwards) and who has experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
Teachers applying for this position MUST have:
- Qualified Teaching Status in the UK
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the UK (M3 - M6 / UPS)
- Both ECT years completed
- Experience teaching in KS1
- Extensive experience with SATs & Phonics screening
- DBS on the update service
- 2x professional references
