Position: Primary School Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students with their learning activities and encourage positive behaviour.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting, preferably in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development are desirable.
