What We Look For:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- A strong understanding of phonics programs (e.g., RWI, Letters & Sounds)
- Ability to implement and adapt phonics teaching strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, caring, and empathetic attitude
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a team
- An enhanced DBS check that is subscribed to the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
