As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be providing the necessary support to students, so they can succeed on their educational journey. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing the classroom for each session with your fellow class teachers
  • Providing small-group or individual support to student as needed
  • Assisting teachers with planning and record-keeping
  • Supporting teachers in student behaviour management

  • Be patient and able to build strong relationships with children
  • Possess an empathetic nature
  • Have a kind, caring and approachable towards all students
