Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will:

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
  • Team Teach training certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
