Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
- Implement and monitor behaviour management plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Utilize Team Teach strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging situations effectively.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
- Team Teach training certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to the well-being and development of all students.
