The Role


Following our recent growth and future acquisition strategy we are looking to add to our teams and recruit additional Insurance Broking Accounts Administrators to be based in Guiseley.


Key responsibilities of the role will include


  • Ensuring insurer accounts are settled within the agreed credit terms and in accordance with the FCA CASS rules
  • Reconciling of statements, identifying any discrepancies and conducting a high level of problem solving
  • Calculating commission reconciliations in lieu of premium settlement
  • Dealing with queries from insurance companies
  • Dealing with internal referrals and queries
  • Accurately process and maintain company business accounts
  • An eye for detail and good time management is essential


The ideal candidates will have an accounts administration background, ideally with insurer reconciliation experience or insurer knowledge and also have intermediate MS Excel experience, along with all other MS Office packages.


Any broking systems experience of Acturis, IntelligentOffice, SSP & TAM would be a distinct advantage.
