We are excited to announce an opportunity for a driven, proactive individual to join our growing team in a brand-new role. In this dynamic, office-based position, you’ll be part of a freshly formed team where you’ll play a key role in shaping daily operations. If you have experience in commercial vehicle camera systems, DVR technology, and/or telematics, you’ll hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Set-Up & Administration: Oversee back-end system configurations, manage user profiles, and ensure unique settings, restrictions, and permissions are properly applied.
  • Customer Account Management: Conduct regular system performance checks, mini-audits, and ensure seamless platform functionality.
  • SIM Contracts & Onboarding: Manage SIM contracts and coordinate customer onboarding activities.
  • Training & Customer Support: Provide training both on-site and remotely, helping customers get the most out of their systems while identifying opportunities for upselling add-ons.
  • Sales Team Support: Lend your technical expertise to assist the sales team during important customer meetings, adding value with your insights.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including Engineering and Technical teams, to support customer projects and ensure smooth execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Look for ways to innovate and improve processes, while assisting with troubleshooting and sim card/data use management.
