Quality Inspector

Futures manufacturing is looking to appoint a quality inspector to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our client is a national business that supply products on a world-wide basis going through a period of growth. The ideal candidate is someone with a keen eye for detail who can look a product and visually inspect them to determine if they are fit for purpose and measured to the correct size specifically for the client.Quality Inspector / Visual Inspection / Quality Engineer / Critical Environment /Roles & Responsibilities:Ability to understand and read drawingsAbility to visually inspect productsExperience working within a critical environmentWork with production line operators to improve standards of parts productionImplement root cause analysis strategies and other problem solving techniquesIdentify opportunities for improvementBe competent to use the Mitutoyo CMM and other inspection equipment.Demonstrate strong communication skills particularly with the shop floor guysQuality Inspector / Visual Inspection / Quality Engineer / Critical Environment /Qualification and Experience:Engineering or Manufacturing backgroundHND/HNC Qualification or equivalentExperience of quality in a broad sense, with ISO experience, goods inspection and production line experience.Problem solving experience in a quality department, with root cause analysis and 8d knowledgeIf you are looking to work within a company that has a full order book until next year.
