My client is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their Engineering & Manufacturing team to ensure the highest quality products. The role will include inspecting goods, analysing measurements and reporting on quality.

Description
Key responsibilities:
- Operating CMM.
- Inspecting and measuring materials, products, and installations to specifications.
- Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Communicating inspection results to manufacturing staff.
- Analysing inspection results and making recommendations for improvement.
- Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
- Setting up and performing destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
- Participating in the development of new product designs to ensure manufacturability and conformance with global quality standards.
- Supporting all regulatory, health and safety standards.
Profile
A successful Quality Inspector should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and data analysis software.
- Strong mathematical and technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
