Focussing on process improvement and developing practices, this is a great role for an experienced investments professional with a good eye for detail.

Working with key stakeholders, you will design, introduce, and review processes to drive and support continuous improvement within an award-winning Investment Management team.

Duties will include:

  • Instigate and drive projects to completion
  • Review current processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Lead and support the delivery of change projects and implement MI to measure success.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for innovation and process improvement, driving initiatives to enhance competitiveness and/or profitability.
  • Provide training and support to Investment Managers on new tools to maximise effectiveness.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for efficiencies and continual process improvement.

What do we need from you?

  • L3 CISI IOC (IAQ) qualification
  • Previous experience of change and project management processes
  • Good awareness of industry trends and best practice.
  • Confident in coaching and delivering knowledge to individuals or groups
  • Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive advocate for change and continuous improvement.
