About the Role


An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys managing projects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution.


The role involves working with a range of stakeholders, managing project timelines, and delivering high-quality service. While industry experience is not required, strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion
  • Maintain strong client relationships, organising regular progress meetings
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
  • Oversee coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions to clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track project performance metrics
  • Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives


Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a professional working environment (project management experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive and independent approach to work, with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)


Additional Requirements


  • A valid passport and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
