Associate Project Manager Greater Leeds Area
Location:(Greater Leeds Area) includes national and international travel
Salary:£24,500-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract:Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week, flexibility required)

About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys managing projects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution.
The role involves working with a range of stakeholders, managing project timelines, and delivering high-quality service. While industry experience is not required, strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion
- Maintain strong client relationships, organising regular progress meetings
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
- Oversee coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions to clients
- Maintain accurate documentation and track project performance metrics
- Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience in a professional working environment (project management experience is desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive and independent approach to work, with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Additional Requirements
- A valid passport and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (or the ability to commute to Ilkley by train)
