Our client is looking for a Capital Works Project Manager to be based in Leeds
This role is on a NHS Trust contract and the contract length is minimum 12 months
Applicants must have experience of delivering large scale capital works projects valued around 10/20million
You must be able to demonstrate that you have experience of managing Tier 1 and P23 contractors
Pay is 450 per day Inside IR35
