We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our growing client based in Leeds City Centre.
Working within a busy team you will be responsible for managing the full process of assignments.

Your responsibilities-
- Meet and greet candidates visiting the office.
- Ensure the high-quality execution and smooth delivery of assignments.
- Arrange briefings/meetings with partners.
- Extensive communication both internally and externally.
- Manage the team's diaries.
- Work closely with the Finance department to ensure al invoices are sent promptly and accurately.
- Ensure the CRM database is updated frequently.
- Provide feedback when necessary.
- Be responsible for compliance including references are obtained.
- Ensure candidate applications are logged accurately and thoroughly.
- Coordinate regular catch ups with candidates after being placed.
- Arrange interviews, client meetings and business development meetings.
- Ensure al applications are logged accurately and thoroughly.
- Support colleagues with any adhoc admin requirements.
About you-
- Experience working within a similar Project/Recruitment based role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional manner.
- Ability to work well independently aswell as in a team.
- Strong IT skills.
