Project Administrator - Social Housing Planned Maintenance

Based in Swillington, Leeds

Full-Time - Permanent

£23,000 - £25,000 per annum

We are working with a leading social housing contractor to find a Project Administrator to join their team based in Swillington, working on planned maintenance projects within the social housing sector.

The role will involve working closely with the operational teams to assist in the day to day administration for decarbonisation projects. We are looking for candidates with a strong administration background ideally within the social housing OR construction sector.

Duties will include:

  • Handling project documentation - creating and maintaining plans and reports
  • Updating Project Management systems, files and forms
  • Coordinate project activities, equipment and resources
  • Liaising with subcontractors, clients and branch retrofit team
  • Maintaining and updating of Excel based trackers
  • Uploading of documentation to various SharePoint sites
  • Downloading and saving of documentation from Subcontractor Portals
  • Any adhoc admin duties that may arise

We are looking for:

  • Candidates with previous experience working within a similar role, ideally within the Social Housing or Construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and good IT skills
