An excellent opportunity to join a leading UK law firm as a Project Manager on a 12 month FTC
Client Details
I have partnered with a market leading law firm who are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team as they roll out a large scale system implementation.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract and will be mainly remote (with occasional travel to Manchester or Leeds for workshops and key meetings).
Description
- Develop and maintain the overall project plan, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources.
- Lead the project team, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate activities across all teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are informed of project progress and any issues.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, ensuring that mitigation strategies are in place.
- Manage and resolve project issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on the project's status, including progress, risks, and issues.
- Monitor and control project budget, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
Profile
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager or similiar role
- A proven track record of delivering in a range of E2E projects across business change and technology.
- Creation and maintenance of project plans.
- Principal operations of a project management office including reporting and RAID management.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience; including leadership and influencing skills.
- Experience of managing and motivating a team to support timely delivery.
