Project Manager

About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will proactively manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from launch to close-out, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Launch: Familiarize yourself with customer requirements, lead project kick-off meetings, and establish clear communication plans.
- Delivery: Create and manage achievable project plans, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and timelines are met.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, address scope changes, and secure customer approvals for variations.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure timely resolution of design blockers and maintain open communication with customer technical leads.
- Project Close-Down: Conduct post-project reviews, assess performance, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of modern construction methods and project management best practices.
- A solid understanding of technical aspects of construction products, particularly ACS product interfaces.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/planning tools.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in construction project management, reading manufacturing drawings, and site work.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with quantity surveying (QS).
- Leading teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
