My client are a well established construction company that specialise inhigh-rise residential schemes.Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a project in Leeds! (PERM)

Their ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Motivated and driven individual.
- Proven history of working on projects through to completion.
- Experience managing multioccupancyprojects
Duties will include:
- Managing a new build largescale apartment scheme.
- Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
- Managing relationship with the client.
- Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
- Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.
- Quality control.
- Direct line management for Senior Site Manager and Site Managers.
