Project Manager
A great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a reputable organisation in the Leeds area. The successful Project Manager will join a successful team that is growing to manage an increasing programme of work. The successful Project Manager will be a self-starter with will get to work on large multi-disciplinary construction projects in an exciting and vibrant environment.
The opportunity would suit a Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering construction or civil engineering g projects, ideally with some experience in a highly regulated environment. The successful Project likely have the following qualifications and experience.
Person Profile
- Experience in delivering multidisciplinary construction projects
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
- Some exposure to civil engineering projects would be an advantage but not essential
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Have a strong understanding of CDM.
High level duties
- Assisting in the development of the construction programme
- Management of projects to specification and budget
- Procurement and management of contractors
- Performance reporting
- Cost control
