About The Company

A well established fit out and refurbishment contractor who specialise in delivering first class fit outs of offices, bars, restaurants and other leisure sector projects.

Established for over 10 years, they have a loyal client base with a strong pipeline of projects to deliver in 2025.

About The Role

The Project Manager will report into the Operations Director and take ownership of 2-3 projects.

You will be involved in projects from the Bid Phase, attending bid start up meetings and carrying out allocated actions.

You will then lead the pre construction process to ensure all H&S responsibilities are in place, and prepare the site team for the project commencement.

You will attend client and design team meetings and work alongside the planning team to produce and issue the construction programme.

During thedelivery phase, you will attend the contract start up meeting and take ownership of the project and leadership of the project team.

Typical project teams will consist of a Site Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Project Administrator and teams of direct and sub contractors.

What You Need to Succeed

This role requires outstanding leadership and excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in a similar role and will have experience delivering projects in the following sectors; Leisure & Hospitality, Commercial Office, Retail and Public Sector fitouts.
