We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join a reputable team and lead the construction of a prestigious new high-rise residential scheme in Leeds City Centre.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to a landmark development in one of the UK's most exciting cities. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project from inception to completion, including:

Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
Developing and implementing the project plan and budget.
Managing risks and opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
Driving a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

A proven track record of success in delivering large-scale, complex residential projects, ideally with experience in high-rise construction.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A thorough understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and risk management principles.
