TheRole

A Driving Manager is responsible for supporting the day to day resourcing and booking of the clients recruitment needs across a number of customers. The role is expected to support multiple customers and travel accordingly. Alongside this you will have overall responsibility to sell into new customers.

Responsibilities

As a Driving Manager you will be responsible for Resourcing for client bookings across multiplecustomers:

Identify and target suitable businesss and build relationships through telesales, social media networking, emails, and face to face meetings

Proactively build relationships with prospective new clients acting as an advocate of the business at all times

Drive the end-to-end sales process with prospective new clients including arranging meetings, preparing relevant sales material, presenting and winning new business

Working on candidate attraction through various forms of advertising and social media, and relationships with job centres and training providers.

Screening of candidates forinterview.

Responsible for candidate compliancechecking the eligibility to working the UK documents prior tointerviewing.

Interviewing efficiently and ethicallyensuring we select the correct candidate for the jobrole.

Working with the client to ensure new starters induction & training paper work is completed as per our client contractualagreement.

Ensuring we fill client requirements in regard to the number of temporary Mach workers requireddaily.

Experience/Attributes

Managed Services or branch recruitment experience in resourcing fordrivers

Proven sales skills within the recruitmentindustry.

Able to work as part of a team to deliver service to ourclient.

Good communication skills including the ability to listen toothers

Ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment

Good Microsoft skills Outlook/Word/Excel
